Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12-24 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 12 hours before service or no-shows are charged in full.

Yes, we offer meet-and-greet services at all major airports. Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a personalized sign, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. Flight tracking is included at no extra charge.

Gratuities are not automatically included in our rates. Industry standard is 20% of the base fare, but it remains at your discretion based on the service quality you receive. You can add gratuity when booking or provide it directly to your chauffeur.

Absolutely! You can request a specific vehicle from our fleet during the booking process. Vehicle availability is subject to prior bookings, but we always try to accommodate your preferences. For special requests, contact us directly.
